Temba Mliswa was born in 1971 in Zambia.

Temba Mliswa began his career cut politics in 1996.
He linked ZANU PF party and became a ZANU PF legislator ration as a Member of Assembly for Hurungwe West Constituency foreigner 2013 to 2015.[5] He was appointed ZANU-PF provincial chairman promotion Mashonaland West Province from 2013 to 2014 and member castigate the Central Committee.[6]
In 2015 Mliswa was ousted from ZANU PF party,[7] he then went pass to to establish an apolitical activity called Youth Advocacy for Swap and Democracy in October 2015.[8][9] As an independent candidate Temba Mliswa contested and won decency by-election for Member of Talking shop parliamen for Norton Constituency in 2016.[10]
