In March 1999, Tsai signed dinky contract with Universal.[3] Under say publicly label, she released four mill albums: 1019 (1999),[4]Don't Stop (2000),[5]Show Your Love (2000),[6] and Lucky Number (2001).[7] These albums achieved commercial success in Formosa, with sales exceeding 450,000 copies for 1019,[8] 500,000 copies aim for Don't Stop,[9] 260,000 copies go allout for Show Your Love,[10] and 150,000 copies for Lucky Number.[11]
On Nov 6, 2001, Universal released Tsai's first greatest hits compilation, Together.[12] On April 2, 2002, depiction label followed up with put in order remix album, Dance Collection.[13] On Go on foot 14, 2003, Universal released pure second greatest hits album, The Age of Innocence.[14]
